We have a state of the art machine for final processing of engine cylinders. Its advantage is that it works on set measurements and by doing so guarantees accuracy and quality of the whole process. This machine is also part of our “Berco” machines family. The main advantage is precision while processing crankshaft main bearings in the engine block, which is an irreplaceable part of the engine repairing process, especially in the case of severe damage of the bearings. This machine is also successful in processing camshaft bearings in the engine block.

We successfully drill all types of engines from 32 mm – 150 mm, and if necessary we insert new sleeves in the engine blocks. One of our specialties is repairing or replacing old or cracked bolts used for tightening of engine heads or other parts of the engine.

We have a very precise and accurate machine for processing axial and radial surfaces in engine block.

In accordance with manufacturer standards and along with the necessary cleaning for the channels for lubrication and plugging we guarantee accurate grinding of the crankshaft bearings to the necessary dimensions.

Our of engine head machining services are unique and incomparable. This standard also applies to the processing of camshaft bearings, absolutely guaranteeing that the bearings are put back on standard measurements. In addition to corrections dimensional corrections and camshaft bearing repairs, we also repair the camshaft itself. If necessary we can make new camshaft brackets. We are also capable of processing new types of camshaft bearings with a blind hole and putting them back to standard measurements. Processing of the connection rod is part of engine repairing and machining. We pay special attention on processing of small and large ends of connecting rods, and the whole procedure is done by manufacturer measurements.

For our clients we can make new valve guides, valve seats, bushings of small end of connecting rod, reducers for spark plugs and injectors.

In our workshop we do welding of all aluminum engine heads, and also welding of cracked or damaged engine blocks. Our service also includes welding of all non-ferrous metals and alloys. Straightening of engine heads is an inseparable part of engine machining. It starts with expert leveling on the machine and high quality processing. With great success we do processing of diesel engines with prechambers, where we highlight our experience in the processing and fastening of prechambers. We do straightening of engine blocks with the same precision, especially in the case of engines overheating and internal cracks made between water and oil channels.

We test all welded parts under a pressure of 9 bar and under operating temperature. This is one of our many quality control features.

We already highlighted that our engine processing services are unique and specific. We are unique because we process all types of engine heads from the smallest to the largest. We process valve seats on the machine with specially profiled tools, which process all 3 angles of the valve seats. Superb accuracy of processing valve height and width is guaranteed and provides full seating and sealing of valves. We pay special attention on valve processing through standard control of the valve stem valve and grinding of the valve head by fabric angles. Processing of engine heads is an integral part of engine head machining. We also build valve guides from proven and verified materials according to manufacturer standards.

We make and install special copper cartridge injectors, when fabrics are worn out, with testing, warranties and safety (Volvo, Mercedes – Actros, Mann and Caterpillar). We fix damaged bearings for chambers and injectors for Volkswagen models and also for any other type of vehicle with a chamber system. We repair cracked and damaged bearings of hydraulic lifters for all types of engine heads.
